It's very simple. Fill out the questionnaire and click on "Send" - or fax us a copy. We shall send you the proposals we believe most suitable to your requests.

To make a reservation:

If you are interested in one of our proposals, we shall request a down payment of approximately 30% of the total in order to book the apartment.
That sum can be paid by means of a money transfer or through a Western Union office.

Arrival and payment:

Under the entry "Services," you will find several suggestions about the best way to reach Venice. We shall be waiting for you at the nearest boat stop in order to escort you to the apartment.
Payment (in cash or travellers' checks) is due upon arrival -- i.e., when we hand you the keys. We cannot accept credit cards, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Security deposit:

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of approximately 30% of the total. That deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay.

Cancellation policy:
Should you be forced to cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to the date of your expected arrival, we shall retain 30% of the down payment.

With cancellation up to 14 days prior to the date of your expected arrival, we shall retain 50% of the down payment.

For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of your expected arrival, we shall retain 100% of the down payment
