By a pleasant 20-25 minute walk you can reach Rialto bridge as well as St. Mark’s  Square, but if you don’t want to walk, you can take a waterbus (vaporetto) at the nearest stop, San Marcuola, near the famous 'Casino di Venezia', where line 1 stops to take you along the Grand Canal.
